Stephanie Renno, LCSW, DSW
Dr. Stephanie Renno is a behavioral health leader, trainer and consultant with extensive experience across the government, private and non-profit sectors. She brings a clinician's pragmatism to systems-level problems, helping teams move evidence into practice and is dedicated to advancing behavioral health care by supporting the training and delivery of evidence-based practices and processes.
Dr. Renno is frequently called upon to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in behavioral health and has contributed to projects and workgroups for the National Academies of Science Engineering and Math, the White House’s PREVENTS initiative (part of the National Strategy for Preventing Suicide), and co-chaired curriculum guides for the Council on Social Work Education. Stephanie served as an executive in an international behavioral healthcare network building a training program and developing clinical process standards to support state-of-the-art clinical care for service members, veterans and military families. Her training experience includes leadership roles in a national intervention roll out through the Department of Veterans Affairs, ground-up development and oversight of an implementation-focused training program that served over 1,000 clinicians a year, serving as the primary clinical consultant on clinical AI training tool development and training thousands of clinicians world-wide in evidence-based psychological interventions. In addition to her work at Samira Behavioral Health Solutions, Stephanie serves as the Deputy Chief Clinical Officer at A-G Associates where she leads programming that tests the feasibility of evidence-based suicide prevention practices in communities across the nation.
